JEEZ. is a 4 piece emo grunge “RnB for the moshers” band from southern Maine, formed in 2024 in the midst of the Portland/Biddeford music scene.
Their first self release, titled ‘d(emo)’ dropped digitally in the fall of 2024, followed shortly by their first live performance at a Portland Maine indoor skate jam, supported by their friends, comrades and musical peers in Snake Lips, Secret Work and Mankala. The group possesses a unique sonic profile, distinct and yet clearly derivative of the members musical influences, relatable and catchy, while retaining its own stylistic sovereignty.

Mankala is a hardcore punk band from Saco, Maine, known for their raw energy and self-described “hashcore” sound—a fusion of hardcore punk and metal, fueled by copious amounts of Maines finest herbal products. Rooted in the Biddeford and Saco music scene, they have built a reputation for intense live shows and DIY ethos.
Deeply connected to the local scene, Mankala collaborates with Saco Valley United, a collective promoting independent music in southern Maine. Through relentless performances and grassroots efforts, they continue to push Maine’s hardcore movement forward.
